Irrigation Water Management Program (IWM)
Each year, the Popo Agie Conservation District offers cost-share assistance to irrigation ditch companies and groups within district boundaries through the Irrigation Water Management Program (IWM). The purpose of the program is to provide financial incentive and technical assistance to irrigators to improve water efficiency and productivity, reduce soil erosion, and improve water quality. The program is funded exclusively with mill levy dollars, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service provides survey and design for IWM projects. PACD is proud to offer this unique program to our constituents!
